What you will learn:
- Receiving three Reiki symbols
- Intuitively feeling our way through the symbol’s properties
- Guidance on how to offer long-distance Reiki through space and time
- Achieving your personal goals with the support of Reiki
- Offering virtual or in-person sessions to another person
- Building confidence in the process
- Feeling connected to the Earth and her many blessings
- Using the Earth’s energies to super charge our sessions
- AND each student gets two (2) Reiki sessions with Caroline
Reiki level 2 is a complete set of tools that allows you to truly deepen your connection to the Earth and her frequencies of healing. The Reiki 2 symbols encompass a “Power/Focus”, “Distance/Connection”, and “breaking bad habits” system that we will explore intuitively and practically.
Reiki level 2 is for those who have taken or completed Reiki 1 with Caroline or another teacher. Each class is virtual and recorded for later access. Live classes are always fun, but sometimes our schedules get busy. The class recordings are available ad infinitum.
Reiki 2 is truly my favorite level to teach!
You can do no harm with Reiki.
You cannot do it wrong. You cannot mess it up.
Caroline has been offering Reiki professionally since 2012. She has worked on animals and in hospital settings in oncology. She has also worked with people at end of life and loves exploring the multi-dimensional reality that we live in. There is nothing “too strange” to work on. Where we put our consciousness is also where we can flow our Reiki: our thoughts, our fears, our future, our past.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can anyone learn Reiki? YES! There is no special skill that is required to learn. Anyone can learn this simple, yet powerful practice. We are looking to balance our energy systems, our chakras, or our mind-body-spirit connections. You might feel nervous to learn, but that’s a good thing!
Is there a time limit on how much Reiki I can do for myself or others? Reiki is a simple way to relax and bring presence to the moment. If you are finding Reiki to be useful way to relax in 5 minutes or 2 hours, that is up to you! You cannot do this wrong and you cannot mess it up.
Why do people learn in the 3 levels of Reiki? Reiki is commonly split into levels 1, 2, and 3 as a practical way to learn, grow, and feel confident in the material. Some classes are taught in one weekend, and that’s ok! Personally, I like to slow the process down and gain access to deeper insights as well as the different applications of this work in my life.
When did Reiki begin? Reiki began in Japan in the 1920s and made its way to Hawaii in the 1940s. Since then, it’s grown dramatically in every way imaginable! I love teaching the history (and current practices) of Reiki in class. It helps to put this energy system into context.
Is Reiki spiritually guided? Yes, Reiki has a lot going on behind the scenes. We all have “helpers” or spirit guides that work alongside us during sessions. It’s ok if you aren’t into this or don’t resonate with this. Reiki does not require you to believe anything you aren’t comfortable with. That’s part of why there is so much room for diverse ideas and experiences in this work. Reiki is not a religion. Reiki will however help you connect more deeply to yourself, the Earth, and the world around you.
I’ve heard Reiki is good for headaches and backaches. Is that true? Absolutely. Many people use Reiki to ease the aches and pains of daily life. It won’t interact with medications you’re using; often the medications work better or more effectively! There is no research on this claim, however there is too much anecdotal evidence to deny or ignore. There is a reason that oncology, maternity, and hospice care have so many Reiki practitioners floating around!
Do I have to be intuitive to learn Reiki? Not necessarily. Caroline specializes in working with highly sensitive people, however the foundation of the work involves calming the nervous system, resting the mind, and letting ourselves settle into relaxation. Deeper insights will often emerge from these spaces, BUT you don’t have to know how to do any of this or have any prior training.
What if I fail at Reiki? You cannot mess it up. You can’t. You can’t hurt anyone. And also there’s no grading system. If you are willing to show up and see what happens, that’s all that counts. Note for all the Type A folks: if you are being graded by yourself, see what happens when you let that go!
