Yoga Workshop: The Longest Day, The Deepest Surrender

Join Senior Iyengar Instructor Jessica Becker for a sequence to bring movement, space and extension to the pelvis to lengthen the spine, breathe and rejuvenate in forward extension. The morning practice will be active. The afternoon practice will be a balanced restorative practice with pranayama. Helpful for hip and back issues.
