Neuro Narrative Yoga Therapy

New series starts May 28th. Your stories reside within you, influencing your bodily posture, emotions, autonomic nervous system(ANS) and outlook on life. You will learn how to strengthen your best self, mental immunity, and transform uncertainty, fear and feelings of being stuck. This course helps to re-pattern your internal narrative and body through practices tapping into the subconscious with playful yoga embodiment, free writing, imagination. Yogic wisdom and neuroscience behind the practices are explained.
In each class, you create an embodied affirmation to empower possibilities, personal truths, joy and resiliency. This is a gentle adaptive yoga class.
