
Intuition games!
Sit quietly. Rest your hands on your face. Breathe.
See if you can simply feel the heat of your hands.
Breathe.
Can you feel your arms tensing or relaxing? Can you feel your shoulders? Which side is working harder?
Allow your hands to rest on your abdomen.
Can you breathe and move your hands? Can you lift your belly higher?
As you sit, can you feel your left butt cheek? Can you feel your right butt cheek? Which side are you leaning on?
Ask your left side, from your mind, sending a memo all the way to hip (on the left), ask how are you feeling?
Then ask your right glute or your right hip, the same question how are you feeling?
You may hear words pop into your mind, see a color or image. You may hear your tummy gurgle or notice another part of your body clench. You may have an overall awareness that something feels neutral or off in some way.
There are no wrong answers. “No answer” is also not wrong!
Let’s play! Let’s talk to our body, to our muscles, to our fascia, to our painful parts and see what they are saying, what they are holding, what they are storing. No body is a silent mass of cells. We are dynamic, complex group of emotions, thoughts, electricity, and moving parts held together by silent glue. Let’s explore!
